New network implementation is now finished. FireTV devices and Amazon Prime US is back online. Thank you for your patience.

For customers with FireTV, we suggest:

  1. Restart router,
  2. Activation/Reactivation IP,
  3. Make sure FireTV is up to date,
  4. Set our DNS IPs on FireTV,
  5. Logout Prime account on FireTV and restart FireTV,
  6. Login Prime account on FireTV and check

Investigating

Our engineers identified that the following cases occurred after the last network upgrade process:

  1. Amazon prime US on any device not loading streaming.
  2. FireTV Devices are not starting up

Following Solution is Planned:

We're currently adding new networks to overcome this issue. This might take some time to order new networks, deploy and set up servers. ETA 3 days. We'll keep you updated once we have further information from our engineers.
