This issue is now resolved. All UK channels are back online. DC is still investigating possible hardware failures.

Investigating

Our UK data center informed us that the interface towards our backend was disabled by an issue, they do not have the exact reason, it might be a software bug or a human error. They are investigating for any possible hardware failures. This issue is affecting all UK channels at the moment. Once we have further information we will keep you updated. All US Channels except NFX is back online. Our engineers are working on the NFX channel network issue at the moment. No ETA Yet for US NFX.

Engineers are working to route US NFX in to a new temporary network while we wait for the main network is back online. However other US channels are still affected. We are implementing a solution for them as well. There is no ETA yet.

This issue related to the carriers. Our current carriers still could not identify the root cause. Our network engineers are implementing a routing through different carriers.

PLANNED NETWORK UPGRADE on October 21st at 11 am GMT+2. Our engineers are scheduled to have a global network upgrade affecting the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia regions. This upgrade process will be affecting every channel from these countries. It will start on October 21st at 11 am GMT+2 and we are planning to finish at 6 pm GMT+2 with 7 hours downtime. This upgrade is important to give us more reliability and more options for future growth. Thank you for your understanding.
