» UpdatedUK Carriers found that a port on out PE was down, they have remotely brought this backup and are now online. However, our engineers will need to move traffic to this network. We expect UK network to be back online in 8 hours.

» UpdatedWe confirm that the issue is related to our carrier connection to our data center. Datacenter opened a ticket with the carrier and waiting for their resolution. Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, we don't have ETA at the moment. However, our engineers are implementing backup access while waiting for our main carrier to fix the overall issue. But some channels will still be down until our primary carrier fix.
